Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to streamline the end-to-end supply chain process. Key Responsibilities Experience: 5+ years in Supply Planning or related field Maintain master data in SAP/JDA for accurate planning. Manage phase-in/phase-out processes and lead SOP supply reviews. Balance customer demands with inventory via the master production schedule. Proactively resolve capacity or material constraints with scenario mapping. Key KPIs CSL Availability, CSP, SRM, SRMS, DPMA. Inventory as % of sales, aging stock management. Factory CLIP/LAP, PIPO for phase-in/out management. Associate/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Strong skills in stock management, inventory control, and supply chain KPIs.
