Candidates must be willing to travel to various city's in Texas and states in the central/eastern United States as needed.Travel RequirementsThis role requires regular travel ranging from 50% to 70% to project sites, typically for key milestones, site walks, or meetings with general contractors. Travel frequency varies by project phase and business needs.OverviewWe are seeking a junior‐ to mid‐level Construction Manager / Owner's Representative to support commercial and industrial construction projects with a strong focus on pre‐construction activities, permitting, invoicing, and internal stakeholder coordination.This role works closely with senior project leadership, general contractors, designers, and internal teams to ensure projects move smoothly from planning through execution. The ideal candidate is organized, detail‐oriented, and eager to grow within a fast‐paced, multi‐stakeholder construction environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport construction projects from pre‐construction through closeoutFocus heavily on early‐phase project support, including:Pre‐construction planning and coordinationPermitting and AHJ coordinationInvoicing review and cost trackingInternal stakeholder coordination and communicationAttend all meetings with general contractors and project partnersAssist with project documentation, schedules, budgets, and status reportingCoordinate architects, engineers, contractors, utilities, and internal teamsSupport site visits, walkthroughs, and milestone inspections alongside project partnersTrack action items and follow‐ups from meetings and ensure timely resolutionEnsure adherence to safety standards, building codes, and local regulationsEscalate risks, issues, or delays to senior project leadership as appropriateTop Must‐Have Qualifications3+ years of Construction Management or Project Coordination experienceExperience supporting commercial or industrial construction projectsExposure to pre‐construction, permitting, and invoicing processesBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related fieldStrong organizational and follow‐through skillsClear communication skills and comfort working with multiple internal stakeholders and external contractorsNice‐to‐Have QualificationsPrior experience supporting an Owner's Representative or client‐side construction teamFamiliarity working with AHJs, permitting offices, or utility providersExperience attending and supporting GC‐led meetings and site walksExposure to multi‐site or geographically distributed projectsExperience LevelJunior‐ to early mid‐level professional3+ years of relevant construction or project coordination experienceDemonstrated ability to support multiple active projects and stakeholders simultaneouslyEverforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
