Threshold Inspector

Responsibilities Key Duties: Conduct structural threshold inspections that include, but are not limited to, the following elements: CMU, cast-in-place concrete, reinforcing steel, post-tension systems, precast/prestressed concrete components, and structural steel. Read, interpret, and understand construction drawings, project plans, and specifications. Document and report inspection data accurately, clearly, and within required timeframes. Complete daily time and labor reports in compliance with company policies. Submit all required paperwork daily, attached to the corresponding work order. Adhere to all company safety standards, procedures, and policies at all times. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering preferred, but not required. Valid driver’s license. Engineering Intern (E.I.) license or BN Structural License preferred, but not required. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address practical challenges involving varying conditions and limited standardization. Ability to interpret written, verbal, diagrammatic, and schedule-based instructions. Preferred Qualifications: One to three years of relevant engineering or inspection-related experience.
