DescriptionJob Title: Administrative Assistant 4Position Function: Performs general clerical duties, some of a confidential nature which may be required but not limited to answering phones, intermediate computer functions, typing, electronic filing, copying, scanning, and distributing mail.Essential Performance ResponsibilitiesAssists with copying and distribution of documents and other materials for administrative and clerical staffAssist in purchasing equipment and maintain inventory of current office equipmentMaintain databases, spreadsheets, letters/memos and presentationsAdditional Duties: Assists with additional duties as assigned by Supervisor.Equipment: This position may require the ability to use office equipment such as computers, copiers, scanners, and fax machine.
