The Opportunity As a senior legal leader, you will act as the primary legal advisor to manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain teams, helping drive global deployment of advanced infrastructure solutions. Serve as lead counsel for technology, manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain matters Structure, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and strategic agreements Partner with cross-functional teams throughout product development, sourcing, and production cycles Provide practical, business-focused advice across complex operational and legal challenges Drive process improvements and legal operations excellence Support resolution of commercial disputes and pre-litigation matters Key Responsibilities Advise on: Joint development agreements Manufacturing & supply agreements Strategic sourcing & logistics arrangements Lead negotiations with global suppliers and manufacturing partners Develop and maintain: Contract templates, playbooks, and negotiation strategies Procurement policies and procedures Contract tracking and reporting systems Provide guidance on: Supplier risk, anti-corruption, and compliance matters Data privacy and information security Trade compliance and regulatory requirements Corporate social responsibility initiatives Deliver training to internal stakeholders on key legal topics What You Bring JD / LLB from an accredited institution and active bar membership 10+ years of experience in commercial transactions (including law firm experience) Strong background in manufacturing, procurement, and global supply chain Experience negotiating complex, high-value agreements Ability to partner effectively withtechnical and business teams International experience and familiarity with cross-border transactions Bonus: Background in intellectual property or licensing
