Lead Risk Reporting Analyst

We’re partnering with a leading global insurance organization looking to hire a Lead Analyst within their Enterprise Risk function. This is a highly visible role supporting senior leadership, Board-level reporting, and regulatory risk disclosures.The position sits at the intersection of enterprise risk, regulatory reporting, and executive communication, making it an excellent opportunity for someone with strong insurance risk governance and ORSA reporting experience.Key Responsibilities:• Lead the end-to-end production of ORSA and other regulatory risk reporting• Partner cross-functionally with Actuarial, Finance, Underwriting, and Risk teams• Support Board and executive-level risk reporting and presentations• Manage risk content for rating agency reviews (AM Best / S&P)• Maintain and evolve KRI reporting frameworks• Contribute to enterprise risk and solvency narratives across the organizationIdeal Background:• 5+ years within insurance risk, ERM, regulatory reporting, actuarial, or related functions• Experience supporting ORSA, solvency, or equivalent regulatory frameworks• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills• Ability to synthesize complex risk information into clear reporting• Familiarity with Solvency II, NAIC ORSA, BMA, or similar frameworks is highly preferredThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys high-visibility work, cross-functional coordination, and translating complex risk topics into executive-level insights.Please reach out directly if interested or if you’d like to discuss the market confidentially.
