We're looking for someone to own and scale tools like ChatGPT Enterprise and Copilot—while keeping everything secure, compliant, and running smoothly in a regulated environment.Contract to hireOnsite 4 days a week in CTExcellent company to work for, beautiful office location.$150-175K plus bonus for perm, 70-80/hr for contractFast paced environment, financial services, AI Platforms, SaaS, systems administrator, IT Support, AI tools, user documentationHelp shape the future of AI in a secure, highly regulated environment.We're looking for a hands-on IT professional to manage and support enterprise AI platforms while ensuring security, compliance, and seamless user adoption—ideal for someone with experience in financial services or other regulated industries.What You'll DoAdminister AI tools (ChatGPT Enterprise, M365 Copilot, Claude, etc.)Manage user access, licensing, and roles (SSO, MFA, RBAC)Monitor platform performance and coordinate with vendorsPartner with Security, Legal, and Compliance on governance and auditsSupport user onboarding, training, and documentationIdentify automation opportunities and improve processesWhat You Bring7+ years in IT support, systems, or SaaS administrationStrong experience with enterprise SaaS platforms and identity managementHands-on with SSO, MFA, and access controlsAbility to troubleshoot and support both technical and business usersBonus if you have:Financial services or regulated industry experienceKnowledge of compliance frameworks (SOX, GLBA, etc.)Scripting/automation (PowerShell) or AI tool exposureEducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferredRelevant certifications in SaaS, cloud platforms, or security are a plus
