General Maintenance Associate

DescriptionThis position is responsible for maintaining a clean, professional and safe environment for office personnel and visitors. Police the yard for needed repairs and cleanup. Perform a variety of duties - some duties will be established and completed on a routine basis; others occur daily which need immediate attention.**Must have and maintain a current Arizona driver's license to operate company vehicle**Job Skills We're Looking For:Knowledgeable with use of hand toolsAble to understand and follow directionsAbility to multitaskRemain calm under pressureAbility to stand, stoop, squat, climb and have dexterity to perform job tasks.Schedule: 8 AM to 5 PM Monday Through Friday
