Travel to Missouri to HQ about 20% of time. Lead Microsoft Power BI and Power Apps Developer to drive the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade business intelligence and low-code applications. This role will lead a team of developers and analysts, collaborating closely with business stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights and streamline business processes through custom applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, as well as a strong understanding of data modeling, governance, and integration with enterprise systems. Reports To: Vice President, Enterprise Applications Location: Houston, TX Travel: 20-25%Position ResponsibilitiesLead the architecture, development, and implementation of Power BI dashboards and Power Apps solutions.Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, user-friendly applications and reports.Establish best practices for data visualization, app design, performance optimization, and security.Mentor and guide junior developers and analysts on Power Platform capabilities and development standards.Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services, and other enterprise systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, SQL Server, SharePoint).Manage lifecycle of applications and reports including versioning, documentation, and support.Ensure compliance with data governance, security policies, and accessibility standards.Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform updates and recommend adoption of new features.Working ConditionsOffice environment with occasional visits to secure facilities and operations centersStandard business hours with 24/7 availabilityTravel to facilities, vendor meetings, conferences, and regulatory interactions
