The successful candidate will be responsible for the financial performance, operational execution, and the consistent delivery of the brand experience across the national clinic portfolio. This role demands a leader with a strong background in multi-unit operational leadership, particularly in service-based industries, and a proven track record of driving performance through data-driven decision-making. The SVP will be accountable for P&L, service delivery, and execution at the location level, and must be adept at leading high-volume, multi-location businesses, building structure, and driving accountability to improve performance at scale. Key responsibilities for the SVP include enterprise field leadership, operational and financial ownership, and ownership of the brand experience. The role requires the design and implementation of incentive and performance architecture, as well as sales enablement and commercial growth strategies. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years' experience in a similar senior leadership role, with a focus on recurring revenue and service-based components. Strong financial acumen, KPI-driven leadership, and exceptional communication skills are essential. The SVP will also be involved in talent and culture leadership, fostering a high-performance, accountable, and customer-centric environment.
