This creates an exciting opportunity for an experienced, entrepreneurial operator to lead the business through integration while driving the next phase of commercial growth.About the RoleThe General Manager will serve as the senior-most executive responsible for the day-to-day operations and long-term performance of the business. Reporting to platform leadership, this individual will own the full P&L, execute the post-acquisition integration plan, and build upon the company’s e-commerce and B2B commercial capabilities.This is a high-impact, hands-on operating role for an entrepreneurial executive who thrives in a private equity-backed environment and is energized by balancing near-term integration priorities with sustained growth execution.Key ResponsibilitiesP&L Ownership & Financial PerformanceOwn the full income statement and balance sheet, delivering on annual EBITDA and revenue growth targetsIdentify and drive growth initiativesEstablish and maintain rigorous financial reporting cadences in partnership with platform leadershipExecute operational improvements to drive margin expansion and working capital efficiencyIntegration ExecutionLead post-close integration across systems, processes, and culturePartner with platform leadership to develop and execute a structured 100-day plan and ongoing integration roadmapSupport facility consolidation and synergy realization initiativesOversee transition of back-office functions, technology infrastructure, and vendor relationshipsCommercial LeadershipDrive e-commerce revenue growth through optimization of digital channels, SEO/SEM strategy, and conversion improvementExpand B2B customer relationships and develop new sales channelsOversee pricing strategy, product assortment, and customer experience initiativesOperations & Supply ChainOversee warehouse operations, fulfillment, and inventory managementManage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure competitive sourcing and supply chain reliabilityImplement operational best practices and continuous improvement frameworksTeam Leadership & CultureLead, develop, and retain the management team and broader employee baseBuild a performance-oriented culture grounded in accountability, transparency, and continuous improvementAttract and develop talent aligned with growth and integration objectivesSponsor & Board ReportingServe as primary point of contact for platform leadership and investorsPrepare and present regular business performance updates, including KPI dashboards and budget vs. actualsParticipate in strategic planning and growth initiativesQualificationsRequired10+ years of progressive operating experience, including 3–5 years in a P&L leadership roleDemonstrated experience in e-commerce, distribution, or technology-enabled product distributionProven track record of driving revenue growth and EBITDA improvementStrong commercial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into executionExperience leading teams through organizational change, including integration or restructuringPreferredPrior experience as President, GM, or CEO within a $5M–$50M revenue environmentExperience working within or alongside private equity-backed organizationsBackground in connectivity, networking, AV, or electronics distributionExperience with ERP/WMS systems implementation or migrationWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary commensurate with experiencePerformance-based bonus tied to financial and integration milestonesEquity or management incentive participationOpportunity to lead and scale a high-growth business within a well-capitalized platformDirect exposure to strategic M&A and value creation initiatives
