Provides professional customer service, supports site operational needs, and maintains safe, efficient workplace operations.Shuttle Services for SiteTransport schedules-based PRN / ProgramsArriving at collection points prior to departure times.Confirming that all passengers are present per presenter.Ensuring adherence to passenger limits, both seated and standing.Checking that passengers disembark at the correct destinations, and in a timely manner.Ensuring that the shuttle bus is fueled, well-maintained, and presentable.Observing all relevant traffic and safety laws per L3 Harris guidelines.Work on this program will be under the general direction of Client's Facilities management structure. Moving Services: Office Move RequestsRelocation of office furniture, desks, chairs, filing cabinets, and workstationsMovement of employee personal workspace items and department equipmentSetup and breakdown of cubicles, office furniture, and modular systems as requiredInternal department relocations and workspace reassignmentsConference room and common area furniture adjustmentsCoordination with Facilities and department managers for scheduling and completionShred Barrel Management (Proprietary Documents)Emptying full shred barrels containing proprietary, confidential, and sensitive documentsReplacing full shred barrels with empty, secure shred containersTransport of full shred barrels to designated secure collection pointsMaintaining chain of custody and confidentiality standards during handlingEnsuring all shred disposal activities comply with company security and document retention policiesGeneral Site Support:Special project moves and event setup/breakdownStorage room organization and asset relocationSurplus furniture movement and stagingSupport for facilities-related operational requests assignedService Requirements:Respond to standard move requests within agreed service-level expectationsCoordinate scheduling to minimize business disruptionFollow all site safety, security, and access protocolsUse proper lifting techniques and equipment to prevent injury or damageMaintain professionalism while working in occupied office environmentsImmediately report damages, safety concerns, or service interruptionsHandle confidential document disposal with strict compliance to security proceduresSafety and Environmental Requirements:Observe all company's Environmental, Safety and Industrial hygiene policies and regulations.Maintain a safe working condition through the proper use of safety equipment and observation of all applicable safety policies and procedures.Demonstrate understanding of OSHA requirements.Essential Functions And Responsibilities.Provide professional customer service while representing the facilities organization.
