This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for driving productivity, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring quality output across multiple production areas including machine shop, panel production, and lamination. This individual will act as a working leader on the floor, guiding teams in real time, improving processes, and ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety protocols.
