The Car Salesperson will assist customers in selecting suitable vehicles, explain features and pricing, and handle inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. Other responsibilities include negotiating deals, guiding customers through the purchasing process, maintaining relationships to foster customer retention, and keeping up-to-date with the inventory and automobile features. At American Auto we hire for Attitude and Potential and train for Skills and Knowledge. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to build rapport with customers and address their needs effectively.Experience in Automotive Sales is a plus but jot required for the right person. Ability to guide customers through the sales process and achieve targets.Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention skills to maintain high service standards and foster long-term relationships.Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Previous sales experience in the automotive industry is a plus.Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
