Surveillance Operator Level 1 - FT
Monitor closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems and other surveillance equipment to observe all gaming and non-gaming areas.Detect and report suspicious activity, violations of gaming regulations, theft, cheating, and other incidents.Document incidents in detailed reports and provide video evidence when applicable.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable gaming regulations, company policies, and surveillance procedures.Assist in investigations as directed.Perform all other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Ability to evaluate and identify deviations from established standards and procedures and prepare a Surveillance Incident Report for each deviation.Surveillance or loss prevention experience is preferred but not required.Strong verbal and written communication skills.This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Michigan Gaming Control Board, in accordance with state regulations.What we offer:MotorCity Casino Hotel offers competitive wages, excellent medical, dental, and vision benefits, a generous 401(k) program, and childcare reimbursement.
