Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Assist in menu planning and development, ensuring seasonal ingredients are utilized.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety regulations.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service.
Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed to maintain quality and safety.
Participate in training new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and kitchen protocols.
Requirements
Previous experience as a cook or in the culinary field is preferred.
Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is essential.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment, demonstrating strong multitasking skills.
Familiarity with fine dining standards and practices is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.28 - $19.32 per hour
