Gelato Demonstration Chef / Sales Representative

A leading company in the importation and distribution of exclusive Italian food, beverage, and equipment products, based in New York for over 35 years, is seeking a professional to train in the management, technical support, and sales in the Gelato and Pastry industry, representing one of Italy’s premier gelato manufacturers. Job Tasks: Provide support to the sales team. Consolidate relationships with existing customers and scout potential new ones. Manage catalog product orders and scout new market requests. Demonstrate gelato and pastry production using our ingredients and offer recipe support when needed. Support warehouse management for gelato and pastry ingredients. Required Skills: Previous experience as a Gelato or Pastry Chef is essential. Strong communication and organizational skills. Excellent teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
