Simulation Engineering Lead

Responsibilities: Own customer engagements from discovery through deployment. Lead cross-functional engineering, AI/ML, data, and product teams. Translate complex customer challenges into technical solutions. Manage project execution, priorities, milestones, and customer expectations. Partner with customers and internal teams to drive successful implementation. Contribute to product strategy based on customer and market needs. Support technical proposals, SOWs, and business development activities.

Qualifications: 5–10+ years of experience in engineering, technical program management, solutions engineering, or a related field. Strong background in engineering, simulation, AI/ML, or computational science. Experience with Python, simulation tools, data, and/or AI/ML workflows. Strong customer-facing and cross-functional leadership skills. Experience with digital twins, multiphysics, or engineering software is a plus.

Requirements: MS/PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field preferred. Willingness to travel as needed.
