We partner with healthcare providers and investors to source, acquire, develop and deliver high-performing medical outpatient spaces that balance operational efficiency, compliance and long-term value.Position SummaryThe Property Administrator provides administrative, financial, and operational support for a multi-market medical office portfolio. This role maintains accurate tenant, lease, vendor, and property records; supports reporting and financial processes; and helps ensure responsive, high-quality service for tenants and internal teams.Core Responsibilities·      Provide day-to-day administrative support to property managers and maintenance teams across a multi-market medical office portfolio.·      Maintain accurate tenant, lease, vendor, and property data in Yardi or similar systems.·      Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, suite transitions, work orders, vendor follow-up, and compliance documentation.·      Prepare tenant correspondence, notices, contracts, reports, and other operational documents.·      Support invoice processing, expense coding, budgeting, reporting, rent collection, bill-backs, and CAM documentation.·      Assist with inspections, audits, and service standards appropriate for healthcare environments.QualificationsCandidates should have 2+ years of experience in property management, lease administration, commercial real estate, or a related administrative role. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered. Strong organization, attention to detail, communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. Experience with Yardi or similar systems is preferred, and medical office building experience is a plus.
