Job Title :Senior Full Stack Developer Location: Orlando, FL(Onsite) Client : RANDSTAD/Florida Virtual School Job Description: Essential Position Functions: Develop, test, document, and implement high quality learning system applications on time that perform according to specifications and requirements documents Analyze performance of programs and takes action to correct deficiencies Develop and adhere to development standards that allow for the maintainability of code in a manner that supports team development Participate in the modification of software applications or architecture to resolve issues and plan for future growth Participate in code reviews and meetings as necessary Provide a minimum of weekly status report updates for current projects Develop and manage effective working relationships with other departments, groups and personnel with whom work must be coordinated or interfaced Meet professional obligations through efficient work habits such as, meeting deadlines, honoring schedules, coordinating resources and meetings in an effective and timely manner, and demonstrate respect for others Minimum Requirements Education/Licensure/Skill/Expertise/Certifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or other related field, or equivalent work experience A minimum of 4 years of high-tech industry, product engineering and/or IT work experience 3-5 years developing in Node.js (TypeScript, Express) 3-5 years developing in Angular 3-5 years developing in React, preferred 3-5 years MySQL and/or other relational database experience 3-5 years MongoDB and/or other NoSQL database experience 3-5 years Unix experience, RedHat Linux (or derivatives), preferred 3-5 years developing enterprise-wide software solutions, preferred 3-5 years developing and delivering custom business computer applications, preferred Experience in Perl, preferred Experience with Apache, preferred Experience in Business Intelligence, Big Data, or analytics, preferred Experience in Education industry or with education data, preferred Experience with git version control Job Type: Contract Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour Schedule: 8 hour shift Experience: Unix experience, RedHat Linux: 3 years (Preferred) Perl, preferred: 3 years (Preferred) Apache: 3 years (Preferred) Business Intelligence, Big Data, or analytics: 4 years (Preferred) developing in Node.js (TypeScript, Express): 3 years (Preferred) developing in Angular, React: 3 years (Preferred) MySQL and/or other relational database: 3 years (Preferred) MongoDB and/or other NoSQL: 3 years (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Orlando, FL 32801 (Preferred) Work Location: In person
