We are committed to delivering high-quality homes with exceptional customer satisfaction and operational excellence.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team and lead our field operations from construction through project delivery. This role bridges our field operations and office departments, overseeing supervisors, managing KPIs, and ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to our high-quality standards.Key Responsibilities- *Field Leadership & Supervision Management*: Oversee and mentor field supervisors responsible for multiple job sites; conduct regular site inspections and performance reviews- *Project Delivery & Quality Control*: Ensure all projects meet our quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements; manage project phases from pre-construction through final delivery- *KPI Monitoring & Reporting*: Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators including schedule adherence, cost overruns, quality metrics, and safety compliance; implement corrective actions as needed- *Cross-Departmental Collaboration*: Work closely with Pre-Construction, Customer Service, and Office Management to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction- *Budget & Cost Management*: Monitor project budgets, manage change orders, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities- *Safety & Compliance*: Enforce safety protocols and ensure all projects comply with local regulations and company standards- *Problem-Solving & Decision-Making*: Address project challenges quickly and make strategic decisions that prioritize quality, safety, and profitabilityRequired Qualifications- *5+ years* of construction management experience (residential preferred)- *Technical Construction Knowledge*: Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes specific to U.S. residential construction- *Leadership & People Management*: Proven ability to manage teams, supervise multiple supervisors, and foster a collaborative work environment- *Project Management Skills*: Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously; proficiency with project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation- *Results-Oriented Mindset*: Track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and exceeding quality expectations- *Communication Skills*: Excellent verbal and written communication in English (fluent English required)- *Problem-Solving Ability*: Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot construction issues on the flyPreferred Qualifications- Bilingual: Portuguese and English (nice to have, not required)- Experience with construction management software and AI-powered project management tools- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training- General Contractor license or equivalent experience- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related fieldWhat We Offer- Competitive salary based on experience- Comprehensive benefits package- Opportunities for professional growth and advancement- Supportive, collaborative team environment- Exposure to cutting-edge construction practices and technologyLanguage RequirementEnglish (Fluent) — Required for this position
