Food and Beverage Manager

Job DescriptionWhat you will be doing:Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Lead, mentor and train the Food & Beverage Operations team in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followedStrategize on new products and service offeringsCreate unforgettable experiences for our guestsConsistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceMaximize revenues by communicating regularly with the Food & Beverage teams to implement agreed upon strategies, practices and promotionsMonitor the departmental budget in a fiscally responsible mannerAddress guest concerns and react quickly and professionallyMonitor all guest service standards, constantly seeking ways to improve product and service as well as increase volumes and profitsBalance operational, administrative and colleague needsFollow outlet policies, procedures and service standardsFollow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverageOther duties as assignedSalary Range: $87,750-$117,000 USD Gross AnnuallyQualifications: QualificationsYour experience and skills include:Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience requiredProven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholdersCommunicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skillsAbility to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performancePhysical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):Constant standing and walking throughout shiftOccasional lifting up to 25lbsSeated use of computer, keyboard and mouseAdditional InformationFeel free to visit our website at http://www.fairmont.com/ to find out more about our company.Fairmont is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.EOE/M/F/D/VAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
