Job Title: Solutions Architect Location: Redmond, WA (100% Onsite)OverviewMicrosoft is seeking a Solutions Architect with expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Agentic AI, automation, and enterprise support operations. This role will focus on designing and supporting AI-powered automation solutions, improving incident management processes, and enhancing operational efficiency across enterprise security and identity platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, deploy, and support AI Agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.Design automation solutions using Copilot, Power Platform, and IcM APIs.Develop incident detection, alerting, classification, and remediation automation.Support enterprise identity and security platforms including YubiKey, MFA, and authentication services.Manage customer interactions and ensure SLA compliance.Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and drive process improvements.Create dashboards and reporting using Power BI.Develop SOPs, technical documentation, and knowledge articles.Collaborate with engineering, operations, and support teams.Required SkillsMicrosoft Copilot StudioAgentic AI / AI Agent DevelopmentAzure and Microsoft 365Power Platform / Power AutomateIncident ManagementServiceNow, Jira, or RemedyRCA and TroubleshootingPower BIStrong communication and customer-facing experience
