This is a great opportunity for a recent or soon-to-be Electrical Engineering graduate who is pursuing a career in a consulting engineering environment/building systems design.Roles & Responsibilities: Support project teams in the development of electrical and fire alarm system designs, from initial concept through construction administration.Develop preliminary selections and apply engineering principals.Prepare engineering related calculations, develop drawings and other visual aids.Research and apply building, regulatory, and industry code requirements.Utilize electrical design software.Minimum Requirements: Excellent communication skillsExperience with AutoCAD based design projects is required, Revit experience/training is a plusCreative thinker with effective teamwork skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelEIT or commitment to obtaining (ie, scheduled FE exam) is preferred.Knowledge of National Electric Code (NEC) is a plusEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical EngineeringSalary: $70,000 USD - $75,000 USDQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status.
