For additional information, please contact TalentRelations@ladodgers.com.Title: Dodger Blue Crew Team MemberDepartment: MarketingStatus: Part-Time, Seasonal Pay Rate: $18.00/hour*Reports to: Manager, Marketing & PromotionsCompensation rates vary based on job-related factors, including experience, job skills, education, and training.The Dodger Blue Team Crew Member will serve as an ambassador to the Los Angeles Dodgers brand and support the execution of in-stadium entertainment, concourse activations, ticket package distribution and off-site community events. In-game entertainment activations include prize giveaways, ceremonies and trivia contests performed live on the stadium’s video board. Blue Crew Team Members will bring the spirit of the Dodger brand to life through fun, memorable interactions with stadium and event guests.Essential Duties/ResponsibilitiesAlways Represent the Los Angeles Dodgers brand in a professional and upbeat mannerFacilitate on field pre-game ceremonies and in-game sponsor activationsEscort pre-game guests around the ballparkSet-up and facilitate performances, interactive games, photo ops, autograph signings and other activations in the newly renovated Centerfield Plaza Area and throughout the ballpark.Assist with set-up/break down at all assigned events and activationsSelect on-camera contestants and organize necessary props and prizes for on-camera activationsOversee crowd management and guest interaction for assigned activationsAssist with the distribution of ticket package giveaway itemsEscort Dodger characters, celebrities and others as requestedBasic Requirements/QualificationsHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED), OR one to three months related experience and/or training, OR equivalent combination of education and experiencePrevious work experience in customer service, sales, marketing, PR or related field preferredStrong interpersonal skills with a positive, energetic personality and ability to provide quick and professional responsesAble to work in a fast-paced, high-energy work environmentStrong trouble shooting and analytical skillsAble to quickly solve practical problems as they interact with fans and special guestsAbility to speak and/or read in the Spanish or Japanese language is a plusMust be able to walk and stand for long periods of timeAbility to lift and carry up to 50 poundsExcellent presentation skills are requiredMust be punctual and able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidaysMust adhere to departmental standardsAbility to work 75% of all home games for the 2026 Season (April – September) and postseason games (October)Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidaysCurrent Los Angeles Dodgers employees should apply via the internal job board in UltiPro by following these prompts:MENU > MYSELF > MY COMPANY > VIEW OPPORTUNITIES > select the position > CONSENT > APPLY NOWLOS ANGELES DODGERS LLC is an equal opportunity employer.LOS ANGELES DODGERS LLC is firmly committed to providing equal opportunity for all qualified applicants from every race, creed, and background.
