The Front Desk Receptionist position is full-time, with shifts scheduled from 7 am to 3 pm, 1 pm to 9 pm, or 3 pm to 11 pm. Flexibility is required, including availability for morning and afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays. What Does Your Day Entail? As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will begin your day by welcoming guests and ensuring their check-in and check-out processes are smooth and efficient. You will answer questions regarding hotel amenities and the many attractions in the Moab area, providing helpful information to make each guest's stay exceptional. Your responsibilities will also include managing reservations, maintaining accurate billing, and attending to administrative duties such as responding to phone calls and emails.
