Senior Salesforce Developer
Title: Senior Salesforce DeveloperLocation: Hybrid- Various locationsPosition Type: Full-time employment (FTE)Key Responsibilities ● Develop Salesforce solutions across Service, Sales, Financial Services, and Experience Clouds for over 1,000 users.● Design and implement technical solutions using standard Salesforce features and custom code.● Optimize data models and flows to meet evolving business needs.● Create custom applications, objects, flows, and UIs of moderate to advanced complexity.● Evaluate the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and integrated systems.● Manage development requests using APEX, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, Data Cloud, Agentforce, Omnistudio, and ExperienceCloud.● Collaborate with developers on refinement, technical discussions, and code reviews.● Monitor system health, perform audits, prepare for upgrades, and oversee data integrations.● Act as a liaison among users, vendors, and development teams to deliver reliable solutions.Required Qualifications ● 8+ years Salesforce Developer experience● Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification required● Strong Salesforce low-code expertise● Proficient in Salesforce Lightning Design System, Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SQL, JavaScript● Experience with API integrations (MuleSoft a plus)● Hands-on experience with Git, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines● Strong ability to understand, analyze, and articulate requirements● Proven track record of meeting deadlines, managing multiple requests, and cross-functional collaboration● Proactive, creative, analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills● Ability to coordinate geographically dispersed teams (Zoom, Slack, email)● Demonstrated ability to design and implement new processes and drive user adoption● Experience handling large data sets and implementing bulkification best practices● Prior experience in SCRUM or agile development environmentPreferred Skills ● Hands-on experience with Financial Service Cloud● Experience with Agentforce, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, and Omnistudio capabilities● Background in green energy, financial services, mortgage, or payment solutions● Additional Salesforce certifications e.g. Certified Agentforce, Salesforce● Administrator, Certified Javascript Developer preferred
