Experienced Litigator

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of litigation experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong courtroom presence and hands-on trial experience serving as first chair trial attorney. Construction litigation experience is a plus, but not required.This position requires an attorney who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling complex litigation matters from inception through trial. The role is fully in-office and requires daily attendance.Qualifications5+ years of civil litigation experienceLicensed to practice law in Virginia (MD and DC licenses are a plus)Proven first chair trial experience requiredStrong legal research, writing, and case management skillsConstruction litigation experience preferred but not mandatoryMust be able to work onsite in the office dailyPlease NoteCandidates with backgrounds primarily in personal injury or family/divorce law will not be considered.
