We provide a safe, clean, and caring environment for dogs and cats offering boarding, grooming, and daycare from a dedicated team of animal lovers.Job Overview:Chapin Pet Lodge is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to support daily front desk operations and provide excellent customer service to all of our clients.​Key Responsibilities:Greet all clients in a welcoming and professional mannerAnswer incoming calls and return messages promptlySchedule and manage boarding reservations and appointmentsMaintain accurate client and pet recordsCheck pets in and out upon arrival and departureCommunicate clearly with staff to ensure proper care instructions are followedHandle general front desk tasks and keep the reception area clean and organizedOther tasks as assigned​Schedule & Availability:4 weekdays plus every other weekend​Qualifications:·      Experience in the pet care industry is a plusPrevious customer service or receptionist experience preferredStrong communication and organizational skillsMust be reliable and punctual​Work Environment:This position involves frequent interaction with clients, handling a busy phone line, and working in an environment with dogs and cats.​How to Apply:Apply in person at Chapin Pet Lodge (1212 Beagle Run Rd.
