Key Responsibilities: Line Cooks: Prepare and cook food items according to our high standards and menu specifications. Ensure consistency and quality in every dish. Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen. Assist with inventory and ordering of supplies as needed. Ideal candidates will have experience with pizza ovens and working with fresh pasta. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar back-of-house role preferred, but not required. Experience with pizza ovens and fresh pasta is ideal. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A team-player attitude and strong communication skills. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. A passion for food, cooking, and working with fresh ingredients. Availability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekends.
