Occupational TherapistWe're hiring a full-time occupational therapist to provide in-home care across the Fredericksburg region. You'll be visiting adult and geriatric patients in their homes, doing the hands-on OT work that actually makes a difference and you'll be doing it on a schedule you help build. This role is a good fit for OTs who want clinical autonomy and real one-on-one time with patients.Roughly 2530 units per week on a route you help designPerform comprehensive in-home OT evaluations, reassessments, and discharge start to finish, your patients, your planDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans per physician ordersADL training, adaptive equipment recommendations, home safety, and caregiver educationSupervise COTAs on the cases you shareCoordinate with our clinical team and patients' physicians on care planningDocument in the field on a company-issued tablet through WellSkyActive occupational therapist (OT) license in Virginia23 years of clinical OT experienceHome health and OASIS experience preferred if you don't have it yet, our clinical team will get you trained before you carry a solo caseloadWellSky experience is a plus but not requiredValid driver's license and reliable transportationCompetitive compensation, based on visit type (eval, routine, recert, discharge)Mileage reimbursementCompany-issued tablet for documentationFlexible schedule no weekends, no on-callFull benefits: medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, and Aflac supplemental coverageBased out of our Fredericksburg office, we cover Fredericksburg and surrounding communities Stafford, Spotsylvania, Locust Grove, Orange, and the surrounding areas.
