PSG is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Generalist to join their client's team. The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for managing payroll operations and administering employee benefits programs while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The Human Resources Generalist role plays a key part in supporting a positive employee experience by addressing workplace concerns, assisting with employee relations matters, and promoting a collaborative and compliant work environment.This is temp-to-hire.Operating in a fast-paced environment, the Human Resources Generalist candidate demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build cross-functional relationships.What You'll DoProcess full-cycle payroll with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and complianceAdminister employee benefits programs and support open enrollmentPartner with HR and Operations to ensure consistent policy executionServe as a resource for employee relations questions and workplace concernsManage payroll reporting, audits, and year-end processes (W-2s, compliance reporting)Collaborate with external vendors (payroll, benefits) to resolve issuesIdentify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiencyStay current on payroll laws, tax regulations, and HR complianceWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree preferred but not required3+ years of HR/payroll experienceStrong knowledge of payroll regulations (FLSA, ACA, etc.)Experience with payroll systems (ADP highly preferred)Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesApply for this amazing opportunity today!Donovan ArandaDivision Managerdonovan.aranda@us-psg.com
