Command and Control (C2) Analyst

MANTECH seeks a skilled and mission-driven Command and Control (C2) Analyst to assess current and future foreign, lethal and non-lethal, weapon systems, including system capabilities, vulnerabilities, production, deployment, proliferation, and impact to U.S. and Coalition forces. This position is in Quantico, VA Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Analyze foreign C2 system networks and technologies related to key military weapon systems and fires networks. Prepare analytic products informing the U.S. National, Defense and Acquisition Communities of foreign weapon system developments. Perform configuration analysis of foreign C2 system designs and monitor foreign C2 system performance and/or modifications. Develop and utilize new research methodologies and refine traditional techniques to identify intelligence gaps. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree (STEM preferred) and at least 4 years’ experience with Command and Control systems. Extensive knowledge of Foreign Command & Control (C2) Systems Understanding of communication network layouts and recovery options Preferred Qualifications: C3 and C4 experience Experience with analyzing red systems CompTIA A+ CompTIA IT Fundamentals (ITF+) CompTIA Network+ certification Clearance Requirements: An active TS/SCI clearance is required to perform this role Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
