This role is responsible for ensuring delivered solutions align with business objectives, process expectations, and data accuracy standards through comprehensive validation strategies, end-to-end testing, and data-driven analysis.The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in operational analysis, business process improvement, data validation, and stakeholder collaboration, with the ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions across complex environments.QualificationsBachelor s degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field6 10 years of experience in Business Analysis, operational analysis, business validation, or business process improvementProven experience leading validation strategies, UAT coordination, and end-to-end business testing initiativesStrong understanding of business process flows, enterprise system integrations, and data validation conceptsExperience working with market intelligence, business modeling, and analytics-driven decision supportAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skills with strong project ownership capabilitiesPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting enterprise data platforms, analytics products, or data modernization initiativesProficiency with Power BI, SQL, Python, and advanced Excel analyticsFamiliarity with Agile delivery methodologies and cross-functional delivery teamsKnowledge of database management, data governance, and data quality best practices
