President/COO

This is a full-time, on-site role for a President / COO based in Orange County, CA.This role goes beyond traditional operations leadership. You will partner directly with the founder to transition the business from a founder-led organization into a systems-driven, multi-unit platform.You will be responsible for building the operational infrastructure required for growth, improving performance across locations, and preparing the business for expansion.This role will be highly field-based across multiple locations and will begin hands-on in store operations before evolving into a broader strategic leadership position as the organization scales.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all day-to-day operations across locations and conceptsOwn company P&L and drive financial performanceBuild systems, SOPs, and operational infrastructureRecruit, develop, and lead management teamsImprove efficiency, consistency, and profitabilityEstablish the foundation for multi-unit expansion and future franchisingQualifications10+ years of restaurant or fast casual operations experienceProven experience leading multi-unit operations (20+ locations preferred)Background as Director of Operations, VP Operations, COO, or similarDemonstrated ability to scale operations and build systemsStrong financial acumen with full P&L responsibilityHands-on leadership style with a focus on execution and accountabilityIdeal candidates are currently leading multi-unit operations and are not actively seeking new roles.
