At Valina Relax Inc., we are committed to providing outstanding customer experiences while fostering a supportive and collaborative work culture for our team members.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Wellness Sales Consultant / Membership Advisor, located in Saint Johns, FL. The consultant will be responsible for engaging with potential clients to promote membership options, providing tailored wellness consultations, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include building relationships with customers, understanding their wellness needs, recommending suitable services, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the role involves maintaining accurate records of interactions and supporting the overall operations of the spa.Key Responsibilities• Consult with clients to understand their wellness goals• Educate guests on float therapy and related services• Recommend appropriate packages and memberships• Convert inquiries (walk-ins, calls, online leads) into sales• Follow up with prospects and existing members• Build long-term client relationships• Maintain accurate CRM/booking records• Support front desk operations as neededQualificationsStrong skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services or membershipsProficient in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure clients have a positive and personalized experienceExcellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and team membersAbility to build relationships and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentSelf-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and ability to meet sales targetsPrevious experience in wellness, health, or spa-related roles is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in wellness or sales are advantageousPerformance & Compensation• Competitive hourly base pay + commission• Performance evaluated using KPIs, including: - Membership sales - Conversion rates - Client retention - Revenue targets - Lead follow-up effectiveness What We Offer• Supportive, calm, high-end wellness environment• Flexible scheduling (evenings/weekends may be required)• Employee discounts on services• Opportunity for growth within the wellness industry Ideal CandidateA motivated professional who believes in the power of wellness services and can translate that belief into measurable results while maintaining an exceptional client experience.
