This is a great entry-level manufacturing opportunity with steady work, training provided, and room for long-term growth.1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM — $19.00/hr2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM — $20.00/hr3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM — $21.00/hrThe General Laborer supports production operations by performing routine manufacturing tasks such as labeling, packing, assembling, and handling finished goods in a safe and efficient manner.Manually label boxes, containers, pails, and drumsFill containers using hoses and manual valves from holding tanks or totesAssemble and pack products, including inserting materials and accessoriesPlace caps, pumps, and closures on production linesOperate ultrasonic welding equipment to secure capsPalletize finished goods at the end of production linesMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety procedures and PPE requirementsPerform additional tasks as assigned by production supervisorHigh school diploma or equivalent1+ year of manufacturing experience preferredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shiftAbility to stand for extended periods (up to 4 hours at a time)Repetitive bending, lifting, and physical activity requiredStrong ability to follow directions and work safelyBasic math and problem-solving skillsReliable, punctual, and team-orientedMust follow all PPE requirements (contact lenses not permitted) $19.00 to $21.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
