Job Description Job SummaryWe are currently hiring reliable and experienced Forklift Operators to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience operating forklifts safely and efficiently while maintaining accuracy in order handling and inventory movement.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach, or cherry picker) safely and efficientlyLoad and unload trucks, pallets, and materialsMove product throughout the warehouse for storage and shipmentPerform order picking and staging as neededMaintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle countsInspect equipment daily and report any maintenance issuesFollow all safety guidelines and company proceduresKeep work areas clean and organizedQualifications1+ year of forklift experience preferredExperience with sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, or cherry picker is a plusAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periodsStrong attention to detail and safety awarenessReliable transportation and good attendanceWarehouse experience preferredBenefitsWeekly payCompetitive hourly rate ($17–$20/hr)Overtime opportunitiesTemp-to-hire potentialSupportive team environmentCompany Description Staff Force provides temporary, direct hire and light industrial staffing solutions to Texas employers in Austin, Brownsville, Dallas, Fort Worth, Harlingen, Houston, Laredo, Lewisville, San Antonio, Stafford and The Woodlands.
