Our platform includes development, construction, property management, and self-perform construction companies, giving this role visibility and influence across multiple business lines.What You’ll DoProcurement LeadershipLead procurement operations across multiple companies and project typesDevelop and implement company-wide purchasing standards, systems, and processesBuild and manage strategic relationships with national vendors, suppliers, manufacturers, and service providersNegotiate pricing agreements, contracts, and purchasing programs to drive cost savings and operational efficiencyOversee FF&E procurement, material sourcing, logistics, and vendor performanceCollaborate closely with Development, Construction, Property Management, and Accounting teams to align purchasing strategies with project goals and timelinesDesign & Interior CoordinationOversee interior design coordination for multifamily, hospitality, office, and mixed-use developmentsManage and/or mentor interior design and procurement team membersAssist with finish selections, furniture packages, specifications, and design standardsEnsure design intent aligns with budget, schedule, and operational goalsHelp standardize finishes, procurement workflows, and vendor relationships across the portfolioTeam & Operational LeadershipBuild, mentor, and lead a growing procurement and design teamCreate scalable processes and reporting systems as the company continues to expand nationallyPartner with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic initiativesDrive accountability, organization, and execution across multiple simultaneous projectsWhat We’re Looking For7+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing, FF&E, construction, interior design, HVAC/mechanical procurement or related fieldsLeadership experience managing teams and multi-project operationsExperience in commercial real estate, multifamily, hospitality, construction, development, or design environments strongly preferredStrong understanding of vendor negotiations, purchasing systems, budgets, and operational workflowsAbility to balance creativity, operational execution, and strategic thinkingEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build structure in a fast-growing organizationStrong communication and relationship-building skillsWhy GoldenrodOpportunity to help build and lead procurement and design strategy across a national platformHigh visibility with executive leadership and direct impact on company growthVertically integrated platform with strong pipeline and long-term backingFast-moving entrepreneurial environment without excessive corporate red tapeCompetitive compensation, benefits, and long-term growth opportunityThis role can be based in Atlanta, Dallas/Fort Worth, or Omaha, depending on candidate location and experience.
