About The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Personal Injury Plaintiff Paralegal with 5+ years of experience to join a fast-paced, results-driven litigation team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a plaintiff-side environment, can independently manage a caseload, and is comfortable supporting attorneys through all phases of personal injury litigation.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a high-volume caseload from intake through settlement or trialDraft and prepare legal documents including pleadings, discovery, demand packages, and correspondenceCoordinate and summarize medical records, bills, and liensCommunicate regularly with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and expertsAssist with deposition and trial preparation, including exhibit organization and witness coordinationTrack deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and proceduresSupport attorneys in case strategy, investigation, and settlement negotiationsQualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience as a plaintiff personal injury paralegalStrong knowledge of personal injury litigation processes and proceduresExperience drafting discovery, demands, and litigation documentsAbility to manage multiple cases independently with minimal supervisionExcellent organizational, communication, and time management skillsProficiency in case management softwareWhat We OfferCompetitive salary commensurate with experienceComprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision)Paid time off and holidaysCollaborative, team-oriented work environment with strong support staffFor more information regarding this opportunity, please reach out directly to Robbie Sager at 913.359.7187.
