Position Overview: IT Support We are seeking a technically skilled IT Support with strong problem‐solving abilities to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for user‐level IT support, responding promptly to technical issues and helping ensure the reliable operation of all systems. IT Support must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, as they will work closely with employees across departments and at all organizational levels. Success in this role requires the ability to listen to user needs, understand technical challenges, and implement effective solutions.
