Position Title: Accounts Receivable Billing InternLocation: Dallas, TXYour role As an Accounts Receivable Billing Intern, you will support the finance team with day‐to‐day billing and cash application activities. This role provides hands‐on exposure to core accounting processes, data accuracy standards, and cross‐functional coordination while contributing to timely and accurate revenue operations.What you'll do* Assist with preparing and processing customer invoices* Support accounts receivable activities, including cash application and account reconciliation* Help research and resolve billing discrepancies and payment questions* Maintain accurate customer and billing records in financial systems* Support monthly close activities related to receivables and billing* Prepare basic reports and summaries for the finance team* Collaborate with internal teams to gather required billing information* Assist with documentation and process improvement effortsWhat you'll needCurrently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related fieldBasic understanding of accounting or finance principlesStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesProficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office toolsClear written and verbal communication skillsWillingness to learn and take feedbackAbility to work independently and as part of a teamA bit about usDigital Realty brings companies and data together by delivering the full spectrum of data center, colocation and interconnection solutions.
