Our client, a growing startup using fintech to make greener, more efficient and sustainable building upgrades is looking for a full-stack Ruby on Rails Engineer to join the team and build products as well as features to help customers maximize success.Role DetailsOwn the end-to-end feature development, from concept, through implementation and deployment.Write and review code across the entire stack maintaining quality and execution speed.Make key architectural contributions to shape the technology stack.Assist with defining best practices and considering when to build or buy off the shelf.Influence the product roadmap by working closely with leadership to understand customer pain points, and negotiate project requirements and priorities.Gain exposure to all aspects of a startup business.Requirements5+ years of full stack development experience in Ruby on RailsFamiliar with modern web application development practicesStrong expertise in database design and managementExperience designing systems from scratch and scaling themExperience and/or interest in AI, ML, and LLMs
