Customer Service/Call Center

Call Center Representative LHH Recruitment is working with a company near Mesa who is in search of a representative to join their call center team. This role is Monday-Friday 6am-3pm, fully onsite. The pay is $21/hr.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys communicating with customers and business partners via phone and email.You will serve as a key point of contact, providing timely, professional support while ensuring a positive customer experience.Key Responsibilities Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous mannerRespond to customer and business partner inquiries via phone and emailProvide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, or account statusDocument all interactions thoroughly in the systemResolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate issues when necessaryMaintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service qualityCollaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of inquiriesQualifications 2+ year of call center or customer service experience preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredStrong verbal and written communication skillsComfortable working in a high-volume, phone-based environmentProficient with basic computer systems and Microsoft OfficeAbility to multitask and stay organizedProfessional, dependable, and punctualInterested?
