Responsible for the requirements, engineering, and design of system usability and associated functionality. Includes responsibilities for designing user interfaces, documenting related requirements, and critical design decisions related to user interfaces. Engages with various levels in the organization – from the executive management team to the technical team – to analyze problems and develop solutions. Includes supporting an existing production system.Responsible for organization’s compliance with contractual requirements, including quality checks of reports and maintenance of automation. Develops materials for information sharing with management team and external parties. Works with internal organizations to design and enhance processes and procedures across a broad spectrum of disciplines.Requirements:Systems Analyst experience with focus on User Experience (UX) / Usability EngineeringBackground in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation through working with end users, engineers, and developersAbility to translate input from multiple sources into practical usability, process, and procedural improvementsExperience designing web-based user interfaces for complex processes and flowsSolid written and oral communication skillsExcellent collaboration skills and detail orientedAbility to interact with all levels of the organization and with customersComfortable working in a changing environment with tight schedules and varied assignmentsExperience working on software systemsProficient with Microsoft Office productsB.S. in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Human-Centered Design/Engineering, Engineering, or equivalent with 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Usability Engineer, or User Experience DesignerU.S. Citizenship Required**Hybrid employees must live within 75 miles of the iconectiv office in Bridgewater, New Jersey, which is the in-person office location where the employee will report when working in-personAdditional Skills:Telecom background desired; experience with number portability or number administration is a plusWorking knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScriptFamiliarity with motion/micro-interaction designExperience with SQL and Oracle databases desiredExperience with compliance activities or auditing is a plus
