Weekend rotations required.Job DescriptionWe are seeking skilled Occupational Therapists and Physical Therapists with at least 2 years of experience in a hospital setting to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. The ideal candidates should have significant experience in stroke evaluation and treatment, with a focus on enhancing patient outcomes through advanced care techniques.ResponsibilitiesConduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional activity training.Perform neuromuscular re-education and self-care training.Utilize advanced equipment including Sara Lifts and Ceiling Lifts during therapy sessions.Maintain accurate patient documentation using Meditech Expanse.Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital or inpatient rehabilitation setting.Previous experience with stroke evaluation and treatment preferred.No specific certifications required; any relevant certifications are a plus.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
