Marketing Program Manager Position Overview3 Month Contract - Fully OnsiteThis is a temporary contract role providing coverage during a leave of absence.We are seeking a Marketing Program Manager to support high-impact marketing initiatives for small business sponsored advertising solutions across the United States, Canada, Brazil, and Mexico. This role plays a critical part in driving the success, adoption, and execution of advertising programs that directly support small business sellers. This position blends program management, cross-functional collaboration, and B2B marketing expertise. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes strong ownership of deliverables, and consistently drives results while managing multiple priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support the execution of marketing programs for sponsored advertising solutionsManage end-to-end project timelines, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met on schedulePartner cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, and other internal stakeholders to drive alignment and executionContribute to regional marketing efforts supporting small business customers across North and South AmericaTrack and report on project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and performance expectationsMaintain clear, consistent communication across stakeholders and team membersDeliver high-quality outputs aligned with defined service levels and business goalsRequired Qualifications7+ years of experience in marketing, program/project management, or a related fieldProven experience in B2B marketing environmentsStrong track record of managing projects and delivering against deadlinesExperience working cross-functionally in a matrixed organizationBachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferredPreferred QualificationsExperience in B2C marketing environmentsBackground working in large-scale or global marketing organizationsStrong relationship-building and stakeholder management skillsCore CompetenciesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and accountability for outcomesDemonstrated ownership and bias for actionProven ability to earn trust and collaborate effectively across teamsAnalytical mindset with a focus on execution and results
