The ideal candidate will be dependable, thorough, and have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial, residential, or housekeeping cleaning. Candidates must live in Charlotte, NC area.Schedule: Hours: Between 9:00AM and 5:00 PM Days: Up to 5 days/week (Monday – Friday)Duties and Responsibilities:Dust furniture, equipment, partitions, walls, and other surfacesClean and disinfect sinks, countertops, toilets, floors, mirrors, and fixtures in restrooms, break rooms, and kitchensRestock paper products, soap, and other supplies in designated areasSweep, mop, vacuum, and/or hand-scrub floors using proper equipmentEmpty trash cans and recycling bins and dispose of contents properlyWipe down walls, baseboards, doors, and decorative fixturesReport safety or maintenance issues on the customer checklistArrive on time, complete cleaning to standard, and ensure the building is secure upon departureAccommodate special customer requests when appropriate and document them properlyFollow all safety guidelines and procedures related to products, tools, and reporting of incidentsMinimum Requirements:At least 5 years of hands-on cleaning experience (commercial, residential, or hotel/housekeeping)Strong attention to detail and time management skillsDependable and able to work independentlyProfessional demeanor and ability to follow cleaning protocolsReliable transportationTo Apply: Submit your resume or a brief summary of your work history, highlighting your cleaning experience.
