Skills and experience 7+ years of experience (5+ agency side) in digital engagement or integrated marketing Pharma and Healthcare experience required Expertise developing digital engagement and omnichannel strategies across web, social, CRM, and emerging platforms Experience building HCP and patient engagement strategies across the full customer journey Strong ability to translate business objectives, insights, and data into actionable digital and creative tactics Proven success presenting strategic recommendations to senior clients and stakeholders Strong collaboration skills with account, creative, paid media, and analytics teams in cross-functional environments What we offer At Pivot Design, we believe that our people are our greatest asset, and we have developed an employee-centric culture where we value our people above all else.
