We’re here for the long term, and we’re looking for people who want to grow with us.Follow us on Instagram @lrsarchitects to get a glimpse of our work and culture.RequirementsWHAT YOU’LL DO:Contribute to the overall design vision and execution for commercial and housing projectsTranslate client goals, program, and budgets into compelling architectural design solutionsCollaborate closely with the Design Manager, Principals, and multidisciplinary teamsParticipate in design presentations and communicate ideas effectively to clients and stakeholdersDevelop design documents from concept through construction documentation, ensuring alignment with firmwide standards and project requirementsCoordinate with consultants, jurisdictions, and team members to support design and technical accuracy.What You’ll BringA passion for design with the ability to translate conceptual thinking into clear, buildable solutionsStrong communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, consultants, and internal teamsMotivation to contribute creative ideas, embrace feedback, and refine design outcomesAbility to manage time and tasks effectively in a collaborative studio environment.Skills And Experience We ValueBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.6–12+ years of relevant architectural experience, with a focus on commercial and/or housing projects.Proficiency in design software (Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and related tools).Strong portfolio showcasing design-focused work.Licensure in architecture preferred but not required.
